The course includes confined water sessions to learn stretching and relaxation skills as well as open water sessions. This package is perfect for those who want to take it to the next level and learn all about how your body performs during apnea and increase your knowledge of physiology and physics. It will also give you the opportunity to practice advanced equalization and freefalling techniques. To enroll in this course you must be at least 15 years old and have completed the PADI Freediver course or equivalent. You must also have gained emergency first response training (CPR or First Aid) within the last 24 months.
